These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting and infrastructure services provided by DDHosted.com ("DDHosted", "we", "us"). By using the services you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder copy — replace it with your reviewed legal text before launch.

1. The services

DDHosted provides custom-configured hosting, from a single container to managed clusters and bare-metal fleets. Specifications, pricing and scope are agreed per solution and may be set out in a separate order or quote.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully and not to disrupt the platform, other customers or third parties. Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Fees and billing

Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise; usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Late or failed payment may result in suspension after reasonable notice.

4. Availability and support

We target high availability and provide support within the response times stated on our Contact page. Specific service levels, where offered, are set out in an applicable service-level agreement.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding month. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
